This project covers the long-term management and continuous update of Ridgid’s multi-language product catalogue, used by professionals across multiple markets. Over almost ten years, we have ensured that the 250-page catalogue remains accurate and up to date, reflecting new product launches, discontinued items and technical changes. Our role combines precise layout work, content consistency and production-ready files for print and digital distribution.

Ridgid’s product portfolio evolves constantly, with frequent technical updates and market-specific changes. The main challenge was to keep a large, 250-page catalogue consistent across roughly 20 languages, while minimising errors and production delays. Each update cycle required careful coordination between product data, translations and layout.
We structured the catalogue in modular sections, making it easier to insert or remove products without breaking the overall layout. Clear typographic hierarchies and repeatable templates support fast updates while preserving brand consistency. A rigorous workflow for version control, language variants and proofing allows us to implement multiple rounds of corrections with minimal risk, delivering press-ready files for each market.
