This project presents the development of the “Parents’ Guide at MOL”, a corporate brochure created for MOL Romania as part of its internal communication and employer branding strategy. The objective was to transform complex HR and parental policy information into an accessible, emotionally engaging, and brand-aligned print communication tool.

The main challenge was to translate detailed parental policy information into a clear, structured and visually friendly format. The brochure needed to balance corporate communication accuracy with emotional storytelling, while respecting MOL’s visual identity standards and ensuring high readability across multiple editorial spreads.
We developed a soft, illustration-driven creative direction centered on care, family and trust — values aligned with MOL’s employer branding positioning. The editorial layout was structured using clear typographic hierarchy, modular grid systems and visual anchors for easy navigation. Custom illustrations humanized the content, while graphic design consistency ensured brand coherence.
