Mol Fresh Corner Mobile bars are part of an expansion strategy of the Fresh Corner concept - the retail component of MOL gas stations that focuses on gastronomy. The object design project is the result of our collaboration with Ateliercetrei, the architects Anamaria and Paul Moldovan and the execution of the master Mr. Muresan, a passionate professional in advertising production from Cluj-Napoca.

This mobile vendor stand is targeting festival activation for MOL Fresh Corner brand, but it is also functioning as a convenience vendor’s mobile point of sale for hotdogs, coffee and water, placed on the stadium during the Untold Festival in Cluj-Napoca. It was further used in many other festivals and public events.
The design concept is taken from street food culture and from design elements of the two bike wheels, suggesting freedom of movement, accessibility and freshness . The bar is composed of two elements: a pill shaped bar and a steering mechanism. The bar is built around a steel structure enveloped in beech baguettes and covered with a solid surface material countertop. It is fitted with built-in cabinets, all-around crash bars that also serve as handgrips for the built-in cabinets, functional two 26" 36-spoked wheels with whitewall tires, one functional chrome dynamo headlight and one custom-made branding lightbox featuring the MOL logo.
