Concept, 3d design and implementation in under 30 days Project Type: Retail Activation POS Display & Brand Experience Exhibition Area: 30 sqm Building on a partnership established in 2015, TACT was commissioned to design, manufacture, and implement a custom 30 sqm Fiskars retail activation exhibition island. The mission was highly ambitious: create an outstanding, fully customized Fiskars display system, that merges a premium Brand Experience with high-volume Point of Sale (POS) efficiency. To make things even more thrilling, we had a blistering deadline of less than one month to take this massive project from the initial 3D design phase to overnight, physical installations in two major supermarkets in Bucharest and Deva.

360° Open POS Display System
Our design team created an architectural island in the middle of the retail environment. The entire Fiskars island sits on a custom-built 7 cm elevated podium, physically and visually demarcating the premium brand universe.
360-Degree Accessibility: With a completely open layout, customers can interact, and shop from all sides, maximizing retail traffic and engagement.
The Living Canopy: Hanging directly above the island is a black illuminated floating ring, overflowing with green decorations, acts as a visual beacon across the store, bringing Fiskars’ deep-rooted outdoor and gardening heritage to life.
Brand Experience Meets Commercial Performance
The conceptual development focused on integrating Fiskars brand experience with retail efficiency, in a highly functional product display system. Each of the 7 stations was engineered to balance interactive product demos (allowing shoppers to touch, feel, and understand the ergonomics of each tool) with stock storage, ensuring customers can pick up their selected items and shop them directly from the island.
Imagine TACT managed the entire project lifecycle - from initial 3D design and technical planning to material production (including structural engineering, metalwork, HDF fabrication, and electrical routing) and overnight high speed installation in Bucharest and Deva.
