Integrated Loyalty Campaign & POS Communication

Brief

This project showcases the integrated loyalty campaign developed for MOL Romania to promote the MOL MOVE mobile application and its fuel discount rewards system. The campaign combined strategic visual identity development, graphic design, POS communication and digital advertising assets. Our objective was to create a strong, conversion-oriented campaign ecosystem capable of increasing app downloads, strengthening customer loyalty and maximizing in-station visibility across the national fuel station network.

Challenge

The key challenge was to translate a digital loyalty mechanism into a clear, high-impact visual communication system suitable for retail fuel environments. The campaign needed to instantly explain the benefit structure, drive mobile app downloads and maintain brand consistency across multiple touchpoints, including POS materials, print collateral and digital adaptations.

Strategic and creative solution

We developed a bold key visual centered on the MOL MOVE app interface and fuel reward mechanics, transforming the discount structure into a tangible, benefit-driven visual narrative. The design language combined strong contrast, premium gold tones and high-visibility typography to ensure fast message comprehension in high-traffic environments. The campaign ecosystem included poster design, roll-up systems, leaflet materials and digital advertising visuals, creating an integrated BTL and digital activation strategy aligned with MOL’s brand identity.
