Launch Campaign RP 350 / RP 351

Brief

For the launch of the RP 350 and RP 351 pressing tools, RIDGID needed a complete visual platform that could work from packaging to trade fairs. The campaign highlights the new brushless motor technology, over 100K press cycles and no service interval, while clearly differentiating the pistol‑grip RP 350 from the inline RP 351. A set of coordinated key visuals, POS materials and data sheets was created and later localised into multiple European languages.

Challenge

The RP 350/351 represent a technological leap in the RIDGID range, so the communication had to feel both familiar to installers and clearly “next generation”. The campaign needed to explain technical benefits—brushless motor, 32 kN force, smart diagnostics—without overwhelming the audience, and to adapt seamlessly from compact sleeves and case labels to large trade show graphics.

Strategic and Creative Solution

We built the creative concept around the headline “The future of pressing is here”, pairing high‑contrast black and red layouts with strong product and in‑use photography. Icons and short copy blocks summarise the key advantages: brushless motor technology, more than 100K press cycles, no service interval, 360° swivel head and Bluetooth‑enabled RIDGID Link connectivity. The same visual language drives sleeves, leaflet holders, roll‑ups, magnets, case labels and catalogue sheets, ensuring recognisability across all touchpoints.
