Fortim Trusted Advisors, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, is a leading real estate advisory firm in Romania. The company approached us to develop a complete naming and branding process. The objective was to create a comprehensive identity that would establish their brand presence and communicate their core values. The new brand had to reflect their commitment to providing tailored solutions for their clients while maintaining a open, forward-thinking image.

The challenge was to create an identity that stood out in a competitive market while remaining aligned with the established corporate branding of BNP Paribas Real Estate. Ou client needed a identify clarification and brand architecture that was both sophisticated and approachable, one that could represent the wide variety of services offered. Moreover, the identity had to ensure clarity and consistency across various marketing materials, including brochures, which would be used by both potential clients and business partners.
Our approach was initiated as a clarification process, with a solid investigation of the potential brand DNA and naming options. Furthermore, the creative concept was centered around the concept of forward-thinking real estate solutions. We combined typography with dynamic geometric shapes and bold imagery that captures Romania's architectural landscape. The shape encopassed both concepts of trust, reliability, but also flexibility and innovation. For the printed materials graphic design and web design, we adopted a consistent and adaptable design language that allowed each service category to have its own visual identity, while still remaining connected through overarching elements of the visual identity.
